Tasks and KPI

A Content Manager reports to the Head of Content. The primary tasks of a Content Manager revolve around the creation of diverse formats of written materials for the clients as part of PR campaigns organised by Drofa Comms. Content Manager participates in relevant client calls strictly before lunchtime.

A Content Manager’s general set of tasks includes:

• Searching for information on topics relevant to client needs
• Analysing finance-related articles and market news
• Generating topics for publications for different content formats
• Creating and editing various types of content (expert opinions, interviews, social media posts, market comments, Medium blog posts, etc.)
• Interacting with clients to edit ongoing texts and collect additional information when needed
• Collaborating with PR managers to develop content plans for clients
• Collaborating with Senior Content Managers on client’s publications
