What you will do:

• Be in charge of the whole employees life cycle (preboarding, onboarding, offboarding);
• Hire and adapt new employees (about 2-3 positions a month in PR, Content or Sales);
• Contact with mentors to conduct employees’ education workshops;
• Meeting key stakeholders to discuss people challenges;
• Conduct surveys (enps mostly), make analytics based on data, evaluate staff needs and stand up with solutions to founders;
• Work together with management and personnel to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and decrease unwanted turnover;
• Be in charge of all HR Budget;
• Be in charge of all events (strategic sessions, corporate and team building events);
• Develop or assist in developing a future-proof compensation and benefits strategy;
